Job Description
Assisting the Maintenance Manager in leading the maintenance team and overseeing all facets of maintenance operations pertaining to injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and vital plant utilities is the responsibility of the Deputy Manager, Injection Moulding Maintenance. Increasing machine uptime, promoting proactive maintenance plans, guaranteeing safety compliance, and enhancing overall equipment
effectiveness (OEE) are the key goals of this position.

Outstanding team management, mentorship, and leadership abilities.
strong analytical and methodical problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication for coordination and reporting.
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
