Job Description

Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
What You will do:
Design and Model: You will use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD) to design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems, creating detailed engineering drawings with appropriate GD&T.
Analyze and Validate: You will perform engineering analyses, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), stress analysis, and thermal simulations, to validate design integrity and predict performance under various operating conditions.
Prototype and Test: You will
manage the prototyping and testing phases, collecting data, analyzing results, and iterating on designs to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
Optimize for Production: You will work closely with Production and Tooling teams to apply principles of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) to reduce costs, improve quality, and streamline the manufacturing process.
Solve Complex Problems: You will investigate and resolve technical issues related to mechanical failures, performance deficiencies, and design deviations in both new and existing products.
