Who you are:
Maintenance: To reduce unplanned malfunctions, create and implement a comprehensive Scheduled Maintenance program.
Breakdown Resolution: Reduce "Mean Time To Repair" by spearheading the quick diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems when machines fail.
RCA: Use 5-Why or Fishbone analysis to conduct in-depth examinations of recurrent failures in order to apply long-term engineering solutions.
Management of Spare Parts: To guarantee prompt availability in an emergency, keep a vital stock of high-mortality parts.
TPM Implementation: Promote "Total Productive Maintenance" programs and instruct shop floor workers in "Autonomous Maintenance" to maintain lubricated and clean machinery.
/>PLC & Automation Support: To maximize machine performance, troubleshoot and adjust VFD settings and PLC programming.
Condition Monitoring: To identify any faults before they happen, use cutting-edge technologies like vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and ultrasonic testing.
