Perform tasks as a Quality Engineer for Worldwide Standards
Job Description:
The Quality Engineer is in charge of making sure that every manufactured product satisfies customer expectations, industry standards, and necessary technical specifications. This position focuses on creating and implementing quality control systems, carrying out thorough inspections, and using data-driven analysis to promote continuous improvement. In order to maintain "Zero Defect" as the operational standard, the ideal candidate is a meticulous problem solver who can close the gap between production efficiency and product excellence.
Key Duties:
Quality Planning: Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), control plans, and Quality Assurance (QA) plans for both new and current goods.
Process Control: To check production stability and spot
changes before they result in faults, implement and keep an eye on Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Inspection & Testing: Use precise measurement tools to supervise the inspection of incoming materials, in-process audits, and final product validation.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use techniques like as 8D, 5-Whys, or Fishbone Diagrams to conduct investigations into internal non-conformances and customer complaints.
Supplier Quality Management: To make sure the supply chain satisfies business requirements, conduct supplier audits and assess the quality of raw materials.
Calibration Management: To guarantee measurement accuracy, oversee the calibration program for all gauges, fixtures, and lab equipment.
