Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision: Assign work orders, oversee a group of E&I experts, and guarantee that electrical and instrument repairs are carried out to a high standard.
Maintenance Planning: Create and manage the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for transformers, motors, VFDs, and control loops.
Control System Oversight: To maximize process performance, oversee the troubleshooting and modification of SCADA and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
Calibration Management: Make sure that calibration records are kept up to date and that all process instruments are calibrated in accordance with ISO standards.
Power Distribution Management: Ensure the integrity of
the plant's power supply and grounding systems by supervising the maintenance of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchgear.
Budgeting and Inventory: Help with departmental budget planning and oversee the stock of essential E&I spare parts.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
