Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Create, develop, and execute new or improved production processes, machinery, and workflows to boost productivity, reduce cycle time, and maximize output.
Perform time studies and line balancing exercises to ensure efficient task distribution among assembly sites and reduce bottlenecks.
Produce, carry out, and
oversee process control documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
Work closely with the Quality department to ensure that all production processes adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant quality standards.
Specify, defend, and supervise the commissioning and installation of new production equipment, fixtures, and machinery.
