Paintshop Production Engineer Tuning of Procedure Factors
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire coating process, including primer, topcoat, clearcoat, Cathodic Electro-Deposition (CED), and Pre-Treatment (PT).
Chemical Parameter Control: To guarantee appropriate surface adhesion, keep an eye on and maintain the chemical concentrations, pH levels, and conductivity in the PT and CED tanks.
Determine the underlying causes of paint flaws like "orange peel," "fisheyes," "craters," and "dust inclusions" by applying 8D or 5-Why analysis.
Oven and Curing Management: Keep an eye on "Bake Charts" and temperature profiles to make sure the paint film is properly polymerized and firm.
Equipment Maintenance: To maintain a dust-free atmosphere, oversee the maintenance of paint robots,
spray guns, conveyors, and air handling units (AHUs).
Environmental Compliance: Keep an eye on the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and make sure that emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are within legal bounds.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
