Paintshop Production Engineer Maximizing Workflow Factors
Job Description
What you do:
Process Stability: To guarantee constant quality, maintain and stabilize important process parameters throughout the pre-treatment, E-coat tanks, and final paint phases.
Waste Reduction: Use techniques to limit paint usage, cut down on overspray, maximize robotic path efficiency, and efficiently handle sludge and chemical waste.
Tooling and Fixtures: To guarantee thorough coverage and little rework, design and validate paint hangers, fixtures, and masking tools.
Quality Documentation: Create and maintain paint-specific Process
Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
System Monitoring: To monitor film construction consistency, color uniformity, and transfer efficiency, use specialized monitoring systems.
EHS Compliance: Make sure that the paint shop's waste treatment, ventilation, and chemical handling procedures all adhere to stringent environmental and safety standards.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
