In a high-precision industrial painting facility, the Paintshop Maintenance Engineer is in charge of guaranteeing the continued operation, dependability, and effectiveness of all equipment. Because paintshop settings are extremely sensitive to dust, temperature, and chemical balance, any equipment failure can result in severe production losses or quality flaws like "orange peel" or "fisheye." This is why your involvement is crucial. Conveyor systems, ovens, chemical preparation lines, and automated spray booths will all be under your supervision. A multidisciplinary
engineer with experience in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems who can flourish in a high-temperature, chemically active atmosphere is the ideal candidate.
Key Skills:
Technical Versatility: Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley), hydraulics, and pneumatic control systems.
Environmental Sensitivity: Knowledge of how temperature, humidity, and airflow affect paint quality.
Problem Solving: The capacity to troubleshoot burner failures or robotic faults under pressure to meet production deadlines.
Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of ATEX/Ex-proof requirements for equipment used in combustible settings.
