Paint Line Machine Utilization: Paintshop Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Who you are:
Carry out regular maintenance and emergency repairs, such as cable dressing, motor replacement, and path calibration, for paint robots (such as ABB, FANUC, and Durr). To guarantee exact control of temperature, humidity, and dust particles in the paint booth, maintain cleanroom filtration systems and Air Handling Units (AHUs). To avoid chemical settling or contamination, supervise the maintenance of heat exchangers, filtering units, and Pre-Treatment (PT) and Electro-Deposition (ED) circulation pumps. To avoid "jerks" that result in paint ripples or flaws, maintain floor and overhead conveyors by making sure the chains are
tensioned and lubricated smoothly. Keep an essential stock of specialty paintshop spares, including solenoids, high-speed bells, spray nozzles, and specialty sensors.
