PS Quality Engineer Process Audits and Quality Rules
Job Description
Your Contribution:
Process Audits: To guarantee adherence to control plans and specifications, conduct thorough audits of all paint shop procedures on a regular basis.
RCA, or root cause analysis: Using techniques like 8D or Fishbone diagrams, lead cross-functional teams in comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to find and fix the source of recurrent errors.
Scrap/Rework Reduction: Promote targeted initiatives to lower the internal cost of poor quality (COPQ) associated with rework hours
and paint shop scrap.
Calibration: Verify that every high-quality tool in the paint shop is used and calibrated correctly.
Customer feedback: Serve as the technical quality liaison for customer complaints pertaining to paint, resolving problems and offering thorough reports.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
