Job Description:
As the technical backbone of the manufacturing facility, the maintenance engineer is in charge of all production machines and plant infrastructure's constant uptime, efficiency, and safety. In order to ensure that equipment reliability supports the production schedule, your key goal is to turn the maintenance department from a "reactive" cost center into a "proactive" asset. You are a multidisciplinary specialist who uses your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic fields to identify complicated problems and put long-term technical fixes in place. A proactive troubleshooter who enjoys technical challenges and is dedicated to lowering the "Total Cost of Ownership" of plant assets is the ideal candidate.

Key Duties
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: To reduce unforeseen malfunctions, create and implement a strong Scheduled Maintenance program.
Breakdown Resolution: To reduce MTTR during machine

breakdowns, take the lead in the quick diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Root Cause Analysis: To deploy long-term engineering improvements, conduct in-depth investigations into recurrent failures utilizing 5-Why or Fishbone analysis.
Management of Spare Parts: To guarantee prompt availability in an emergency, keep a vital stock of high-mortality parts.
TPM Implementation: Promote Total Productive Maintenance programs and educate shop floor workers on "Autonomous Maintenance" to maintain equipment lubrication and cleanliness.
PLC & Automation Support: To maximize machine performance, troubleshoot and adjust VFD settings and PLC programming.
Condition Monitoring: To identify any faults before they happen, use cutting-edge technologies like vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and ultrasonic testing.
