Experience: 3+ yrs

Focus Skills:
Technical expertise: in-depth knowledge of mold building, polymer rheology, and injection molding parameters.
Tooling Knowledge: The capacity to comprehend the mechanical limitations of a mold and read 2D/3D CAD designs.
/>Analytical Tools: Expertise in statistical tools (such as CPK/PPK analysis) and scientific molding software (such as Moldflow).
Problem-Solving: A "hands-on" method for locating and repairing shop floor flaws.
