Job Description
Focus: Highlight the key competencies of creating and overseeing quality control plans, making sure that strict standards are followed, streamlining procedures, and cultivating a quality-centric culture throughout the Chennai manufacturing company while taking local quality standards and legal requirements into account.
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
What you’ll Do:
For our manufacturing operations in Chennai and target markets, create, execute, and manage a thorough Quality Control (QC) strategy that is in line with the overarching business goals and pertinent quality standards.
To find trends, track process capability, and promote continuous improvement activities across all functions affecting quality in our Chennai organisation, analyse quality data and performance indicators.
Creating, maintaining, and overseeing thorough quality documentation that is pertinent to our
Chennai operations includes work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), control charts, inspection plans, and quality manuals.
Plan, carry out, and supervise internal and external quality audits to make sure the QMS is followed and to encourage the early detection and correction of any possible non-conformities throughout our Chennai site.
What you need:
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making and quality assurance.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities to engage with external stakeholders and all organisational levels in Chennai on quality-related issues.
comprehensive knowledge of the applicable Tamil Nadu-specific laws, regulations, and quality standards in India that are pertinent to manufacturing.
