Job Description

Education: Any Basic Degree
Responsibilities
Call patients and insurance companies to enquire about the status of underpaid claims.
Analyse and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and rejections.
Keep an eye on pending claims and ensure they are settled as soon as possible.
Make careful to include all required supporting documentation when creating and submitting appeals for claims that have been denied.
Speak with patients to resolve billing issues and retrieve overdue balances.
Billing statements and potential payment options should be explained to patients.

Qualification:
demonstrated expertise working as an AR caller in a medical billing setting.
strong knowledge of HIPAA rules, payer requirements, and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10).
familiarity with a range of billing and practice management software programs. Name the systems that are in use.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
strong problem-solving and negotiating abilities.
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
