You will oversee every facet of a particular production shift or area on your own, including hiring, training,
quality control (QC) inspections, and equipment troubleshooting. As the only person in charge of your team's daily output goals, you will have a direct impact on cost-effectiveness, productivity, and safety compliance. The success of our business will be directly and palpably impacted by your leadership, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to keeping a motivated and safe workforce.
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
