Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer based in Chennai, passionate about upholding the highest quality standards in manufacturing processes and ensuring product excellence?

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and testing procedures specific to our manufacturing processes in Chennai.
Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Ensure
compliance with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, TS 16949, as applicable to the industry in Chennai).
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Train production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Manage and maintain the calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
Qualification:
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, Control Charts).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
