NPD Manager From Creative Product to the Market Entry
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create and implement the company's new product roadmap in accordance with market demands, technology capabilities, and overall business objectives.
Ensure that all important deliverables, paperwork, and quality checks are fulfilled at every gate by supervising every stage of the NPD process.
Determine project risks in advance and create thorough mitigation strategies.
Prior to commercial launch, oversee pilot and pre-production runs, validate manufacturing procedures, and address any remaining technical and quality
concerns.
Encourage an innovative and accountable culture by mentoring and developing junior engineers and project managers within the NPD team.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent strategic planning, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding presentation and written communication abilities.
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
