NPD Manager Fostering Discovery from Idea to Product
Job Description
Experience: 10 to 15 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience

Challenges:
Rapid prototyping, intricate engineering material integration, and designs optimised for both performance and manufacturability (DFM/DFA) are all necessary in the injection moulding industry, which is continuously quickening the pace of innovation. Future NPD managers must be technical visionaries and cross-functional leaders who can manage risk, time, and money while converting intricate client concepts into precise, production-ready plastic parts. Our goal is to lead the way in introducing innovative, high-quality items to the market ahead of the competition.

What you will do:
overseeing multidisciplinary NPD teams from the beginning of the project to gate reviews, first article inspection (FAI), and final production handover.
overseeing the design review procedure, making sure all new

components follow the injection molding-related Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles, and choosing the best part geometry and materials.
managing technical tasks such process development (DOE), material selection validation, tooling design approval, and mould flow analysis (MFA).
To guarantee that projects launch On-Time and In-Budget (OTIB), it is necessary to establish and monitor project schedules and budgets as well as identify and mitigate technical and scheduling risks.
managing expectations and making sure customer requirements are fulfilled while acting as the company's main technical point of contact with important clients during the development stage.
Implementing best practices in project management methodologies to standardize and improve the efficiency of the NPD process.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
