Monitor Production Procedures as a Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities
To fulfil production goals and timelines, oversee and plan the daily actions of production employees on a specified shift or line.
Make sure that all manufactured goods strictly correspond to quality standards and requirements.
Lead, inspire, mentor, and provide the production crew helpful criticism.
On the shop floor, put all health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and procedures into practice and enforce them.
Determine and fix operational problems, equipment failures, and process deviations; if necessary, escalate the situation.
Keep up-to-date shift reports, production data, downtime
analyses, and other pertinent records.
Inform upper management of the requirements, difficulties, and production status in a clear and concise manner.
Skills
strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
knowledge of continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing techniques.
fundamental computer skills, such as mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
