Job Description
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
System Implementation & Maintenance: Create and revise QMS documentation, such as injection molding-specific work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality manuals.
Internal Auditing: Arrange and carry out department-wide internal audits to make sure that ISO/IATF standards and client-specific requirements are being followed.
Control the lifetime of all documents pertaining to quality, making sure that the most recent iterations of process sheets and technical drawings are accessible on the shop floor.
Lead the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process by determining the underlying reasons
for non-conformities and confirming the efficacy of the fixes.
Risk management: To detect and reduce any risks in the injection molding process, perform and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
Training & Culture: Provide shop floor employees with training on quality standards, defect detection, and the 5S approach.
