Job Description
Experience: 10+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Duties:
Strategy Alignment: Create and oversee the product roadmap, making sure that new product efforts complement the company's technology capabilities, market demands, and commercial strategy.
Allocating Resources: Oversee the NPD budget, resources, and schedules for several ongoing development projects.
Risk management: Throughout the development process, identify and reduce project risks.
Validation: Oversee the testing,
prototyping, and validation stages to guarantee adherence to both external and internal quality standards.
Launch Readiness: Organize final documentation and training, and make sure all functional elements of the service are prepared for commercial launch.
Quality Assurance: When new items are introduced, make sure they fulfill established quality goals and legal requirements.
Documentation: Oversee the development and management of all technical documents, product specifications, and intellectual property related to new developments.
