Manager Supporting the Development of New Products
Job Description
What you do:
Strategy Alignment: Create and oversee the product roadmap, making sure that new product efforts complement the company's technology capabilities, market demands, and commercial strategy.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee cross-functional NPD teams and carry out projects utilizing an organized Stage-Gate or Agile methodology.
Risk management: Throughout the development process, identify and reduce project risks.
Tooling/Equipment:
Manage the creation, acquisition, and certification of new manufacturing equipment and tooling needed for the new product line.
Launch Readiness: Arrange for final documentation and training, and make sure all functional areas are prepared for commercial launch.
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Salary: Negotiable
