Your Duties:
In order to ensure that new product concepts have a high potential for commercial success and profitability, lead market analysis and technology feasibility studies.
Oversee and inspire committed cross-functional teams in the fields of engineering, supply chain, marketing, operations, R&D, and quality.
Prior to commercial
launch, oversee pilot and pre-production runs, validate manufacturing procedures, and address any remaining technical and quality concerns.
Encourage an innovative and accountable culture by mentoring and developing junior engineers and project managers within the NPD team.
Oversee the development process's important external technology partners, design firms, and suppliers of essential components.
