Management Position in Producing Production Manager
Job Description
Who you are:
Create and implement yearly operating plans and long-term production strategies to achieve business growth goals. To guarantee optimum return on investment, manage the department's profit and loss (P&L), keeping an eye on capital expenditures (Capex) and operating expenditures (Opex). To make sure the factory can meet future demand without bottlenecks, estimate labor and machine requirements based on sales estimates. Establish Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Work with logistics and procurement to guarantee a consistent supply of raw materials and prompt
delivery of completed goods. To improve competitiveness, assess and apply advanced manufacturing technologies like automation, ERP upgrades, and Industrial IoT (IIoT).
