Job Description
Who you are:
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Utilize data-driven methods to anticipate possible malfunctions and create and execute planned maintenance plans to stop equipment failure. Lead the rapid response team in troubleshooting and emergency repairs to identify and fix production floor mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic system issues. Investigate recurrent machine problems in-depth using root cause analysis (RCA), then put long-term engineering fixes in place to stop them from happening again. Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) are used for work order logging, equipment history tracking, and maintenance KPI analysis. Oversee outside contractors and service providers when they
perform specialized repairs, installations, or yearly maintenance shutdowns. Ensuring that all maintenance operations adhere to environmental health and safety (EHS) laws and LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) protocols is crucial for safety and compliance.
