Maintenance Supervisor Supervise an Expert Technical Group
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Scheduling: Manage shift rotations, issue daily work orders, and oversee, instruct, and guide a group of mechanical and electrical technicians.
Work Order Management: Using a CMMS, prioritize and supervise the completion of all maintenance jobs, guaranteeing that they are finished on schedule and properly recorded.
Breakdown Intervention: Oversee the technical response in the event of significant equipment breakdowns and offer advanced troubleshooting assistance to reduce the Mean Time To Repair.
Preventive Maintenance Oversight: To avoid rework, make sure the PM schedule is adhered to and perform quality audits on finished maintenance jobs.
Safety & LOTO Enforcement: Promote a "Safety First" culture
by making sure all technicians wear the proper PPE and adhere to Lockout-Tagout protocols.
Required Skills:
Leadership & Supervision: Demonstrated capacity to lead a technical team and resolve disputes in a hectic setting.
Multidisciplinary Expertise: Excellent understanding of electrical systems (PLCs, motors, cables) and mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps).
Process Knowledge: Knowledge of Lean tools like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S.
Communication: The capacity to inform non-technical production managers about technological malfunctions and their resolution schedules
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
