Maintenance Supervisor Coordinate a qualified Technical Group
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervision: Assign daily work orders, ensure effective use of personnel and resources, and lead, inspire, and oversee a group of maintenance professionals.
Performance: Keep an eye on and assess the maintenance staff's work while offering coaching, technical advice, and on-the-job training to enhance technical proficiency.
Troubleshooting: Offer practical support and technical know-how in identifying intricate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on vital production equipment.
Reduction of Downtime: Respond quickly to equipment failures, giving repairs top priority, and guiding the group
in taking prompt corrective action to reduce Average Repair Time
Compliance: Make sure that all maintenance and repairs follow building codes, legal requirements, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) specifications.
Soft Skills:
Proven leadership and coaching abilities to manage a technical team effectively.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with production and management.
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
