Maintenance Manager New employees Are Requested
Job Description
Duties:
Strategic Maintenance Planning: Create and manage long-term maintenance plans, such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Preventive Maintenance (PM).
Budget and Asset Management: Oversee the department's P&L, including the maintenance budget, inventory expenses for spare parts, and capital expenditures (CAPEX) for new equipment or facility improvements.
OEE Optimization: To find systemic problems and promote reliability improvements, track and evaluate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other KPIs.
Reliability Engineering: Apply engineering solutions to eradicate recurrent failures by doing root cause analysis on them using data from CMMS.
Vendor & Contract Management: Work with outside suppliers and OEMs to negotiate
and oversee service level agreements and annual maintenance contracts.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Make sure that all maintenance procedures adhere to EHS rules, including pressure vessel certifications and LOTO procedures.
Focus Skills:
Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation (PLCs, SCADA).
Strategic Thinking: The capacity to create long-term asset management strategies that complement production objectives.
Proficiency in departmental budgeting, lifecycle costing, and cost-benefit analysis are examples of financial acumen.
Data proficiency: ability to make data-driven decisions using CMMS software.
