Your Duties:
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Use vibration analysis and thermography to create and carry out planned maintenance programs that will detect possible breakdowns before they happen.
Lead the quick repair of vital equipment during unscheduled outages while doing root cause analysis (RCA) to stop recurrence.
Inventory & Spare Parts: Keep an eye on the technical store and inventory levels for essential spare parts to maximize working capital and guarantee availability.
Utility Management: Take charge of the upkeep and operation of the plant's utilities, such as boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and DG sets.
/>TPM Implementation: To increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), motivate shop floor personnel to perform autonomous maintenance chores and drive Total Productive Maintenance.
Automation & Upgrades: To increase productivity and decrease manual involvement, look for options for equipment upgrades or automation.
