Maintenance Engineer Where Skill and Reliability Collide
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Create and carry out planned maintenance programs to stop equipment failure before it happens and cut down on unscheduled downtime.
Breakdown Maintenance: Lead the rapid response team to diagnose and fix machine problems on the production floor, ensuring "Mean Time to Repair" (MTTR) is kept to a minimum.
Predictive Maintenance (PdM): Utilize modern methods like thermal imaging, vibration measurement, and oil analysis to identify early symptoms of equipment wear.
Total Productive Maintenance: Collaborate with production teams to execute the 8 pillars of TPM, equipping operators to do basic autonomous maintenance.
Utility Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of
plant utilities, including air compressors, boilers, cooling towers, and electrical substations.
PLC & Automation Troubleshooting: Identify and fix problems with automated control systems, such as industrial robotics, VFDs, and PLCs.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
