The primary duty of the maintenance engineer is to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of plant facilities and machinery. Converting any equipment malfunctions into a dependable, "zero-downtime" production environment is the primary goal of this position. The engineer is in charge of creating maintenance plans, handling emergency repairs, and extending the life of industrial equipment. For the manufacturing facility to maintain a consistent, high-quality production run free from unplanned disruptions, precise monitoring and preventive care are necessary.

Breakdown Repair: Be the first to respond to equipment malfunctions, promptly identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems.
Root Cause Analysis: Examine the reasons behind a machine's failure and make long-term technological

Safety & Compliance: Verify that the factory maintains complete compliance with industrial safety regulations by inspecting safety guards, emergency stops, and fire systems.
Skills:
Technical Systems: Excellent understanding of the motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and PLC logic used in contemporary industries.
Tool Proficiency: Able to use precision instruments such as multimeters, vibration analyzers, and laser alignment kits.
Planning and Organization: The capacity to plan maintenance activities during production pauses in order to prevent downtime losses.
Mechanical aptitude: a thorough comprehension of the operation of high-speed machinery and the areas most likely to experience wear or friction.
