Who you are:
To maintain equipment before it breaks down, create and implement a Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar. To anticipate possible equipment malfunctions, apply diagnostic methods. After significant malfunctions, carry out RCFA to make sure the same problem doesn't recur. To guarantee quick recovery in the event of a failure, keep an inventory of
essential spare parts. Verify that all safety interlocks are operational and that all equipment complies with safety regulations. To avoid mishaps, strictly enforce Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols during all maintenance operations. For specific AMC tasks, coordinate with outside service providers.
