Job Description
Duties:
Electrical System Maintenance: Transformers, switchgear, diesel generators, and high and low tension power distribution systems need all be maintained and troubleshooted.
Automation & Control: To guarantee smooth machine automation, identify and fix issues with PLCs, VFDs, and HMI panels.
Maintenance: Follow planned maintenance schedules and use predictive techniques, such as power quality analysis or thermography, to spot possible problems before they happen.
Repair: Identify and fix PCB-level issues with industrial controllers, sensors, and electronic actuators that are utilized in production equipment.
Breakdown Analysis: Take the lead in root cause analysis (RCA) for significant electrical malfunctions and put corrective
measures in place to stop them from happening again.
Energy management: Keep an eye on trends in energy use and make recommendations for ways to improve power factor correction and energy-efficient operations.
Compliance: Make sure that all electrical work complies with legal safety requirements, such as LOTO protocols, lightning protection, and earthing checks.
Focus Skills:
strong ability to read electronic circuit schematics and electrical SLDs.
practical knowledge of SCADA systems and PLC brands.
familiarity with electrical codes and industrial safety norms.
proficiency with diagnostic instruments such as insulation testers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
