Who you are:
Create and carry out planned maintenance programs (PM) and make use of condition-monitoring technologies to anticipate problems before they arise. During unscheduled outages, take the lead in quickly diagnosing and fixing complicated mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. To implement long-term technological solutions, conduct in-depth investigations into recurrent machine failures utilizing "5 Whys" or Fishbone diagrams. Keep an eye on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and put plans in place to cut the six major manufacturing losses. Keep an ideal stock of essential spares, making sure that "Min-Max" levels are
controlled to strike a balance between availability and cost. Track repair orders, equipment history, and maintenance expenses by using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
