Focus Skills:
Expert proficiency in MIG (GMAW) welding techniques, including strong skills in blueprint reading, fabrication, and precision measurement. Certified or experienced in welding various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Desired Outcomes:
Success in this role means consistently producing high-quality welds that are strong, clean,
and meet all dimensional and aesthetic specifications. You will contribute to the timely completion of fabrication projects while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
