Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Any ITI Graduation
Duties:
Blueprint Interpretation: To plan the job's layout, read and comprehend technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
Material Preparation: Jig and clamp parts together in accordance with the design after cleaning, grinding, and preparing metal surfaces.
Execution: Carry out excellent MIG welding in a variety of settings,
including overhead, vertical, horizontal, and flat.
Quality Control: Use measurement instruments and visual inspections to verify welds for flaws such porosity, undercut, or lack of fusion.
Equipment Care: Make sure the wire spool is feeding properly, repair contact tips and nozzles, and perform routine maintenance on welding torches.
Workplace Safety: To control welding emissions, keep your workspace tidy and make sure you have enough ventilation.
