Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Welding Operations: Ensure appropriate penetration and fusion by performing superior MIG welding on a range of materials and thicknesses.
Blueprints & Symbols: To ascertain the necessary weld type, size, and position, decipher technical drawings and welding symbols.
Machine Setup: Depending on the material, set up and modify the welding parameters, such as wire feed speed, voltage, and shielding gas flow rates.
Pre-Welding Preparation: Make sure parts are correctly aligned and free of impurities like rust or oil by cleaning, grinding, and jigging workpieces.
Quality Inspection: Examine completed welds visually to find flaws such porosity,
undercut, or slag inclusions.
Equipment Maintenance: To guarantee peak performance, check welding torches, liners, contact tips, and gas nozzles every day.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Diploma/ITI Graduation
