Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures in Tamil, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution, following established protocols for our Chennai operations.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems, adhering to data entry standards for the Chennai center.
Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for voice processes, maintaining a high level of customer service in every interaction.
Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific
to the Tamil voice process in our Chennai facility.
Skills
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and their implementation (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, 5 Why).
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing QC teams, achieving quality targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
