In a manufacturing setting, the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is in charge of making sure that every product satisfies the set requirements for dependability, safety, and quality before it is delivered to the consumer. Designing and carrying out inspection tasks, locating production bottlenecks or flaws, and making sure the manufacturing process complies with internal procedures and global standards (such as ISO 9001) are all part of this job. By utilizing data-driven techniques to cut waste and increase yield, you will close the gap between engineering and production.

Key Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in interpreting technical specifications, CAD drawings, and blueprints.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Six Sigma techniques
Measurement Mastery: Practical experience with instruments such as gauges, micrometers, calipers, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to decipher complicated data sets in order to make well-informed choices regarding process enhancements.
