Responsibilities:
Assure alignment with the overarching aims and objectives of the business by providing strategic leadership and direction for all plant operations.
Oversee and manage the production, maintenance, supply chain, quality control, and environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) aspects of plant operations.
Create and carry out operational plans and strategies to maximise productivity, cut expenses, raise quality,
and improve plant performance as a whole.
Encourage efforts for continuous improvement (such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing) to reduce waste and streamline procedures.
Create and oversee the plant's budget, making sure that monetary goals are reached and resources are used efficiently.
Establish a productive and upbeat work culture by leading, coaching, and developing the plant leadership team as well as every employee.
Educational Qualification: Any BE/ CIPET Degree
Experience: 10+ yrs
