Responsibilities:
Daily Production Oversight: Keep an eye on production lines to make sure that output goals are fulfilled in accordance with the quality standards and daily schedule.
Manpower Allocation: Manage shift rotations and attendance; assign tasks to operators and technicians according to their qualifications and the current production priority.
Workflow Optimization: To increase overall equipment effectiveness, locate and remove production process bottlenecks.
Quality Control: Establish and uphold stringent quality standards; carry out routine inspections and work with the QC team to resolve
any variations or flaws.
Safety and Compliance: Make sure that everyone on the team follows safety procedures, such as using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and according to ISO or OSHA regulations.
Technical Troubleshooting: To minimize downtime, schedule large repairs with the maintenance department and offer prompt support for minor equipment faults.
Required Skills:
Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to oversee, inspire, and discipline a varied group of employees.
Technical literacy is the ability to understand technical drawings and operate production equipment, such as assembly lines, CNC machines, or chemical processing.
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to swiftly apply remedial measures after analyzing production data.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal abilities for reporting shifts and delivering orders.
Experience: 3+ yrs
