Job Description
What you do:
CNC Programming: Create, write, and modify intricate CNC programs for specialized multi-axis, two-axis, and three-axis turning centers.
Tooling Approach: To obtain the necessary surface finishes and extend tool life on a variety of materials, choose the best cutting tools, inserts, holders, speeds, and feeds.
Complete machine setups, such as installing and aligning chucks, jaws, collets, fixtures, and cutting tools, are required for new works.
Setting Offsets: Program work coordinates
offsets within the machine control, and precisely measures and set geometry and wear offsets.
Inspection: Make final and in-process inspection checks on machined items using precision measurement tools.
Documentation: For upcoming production runs, create and keep thorough setup sheets, tooling lists, and software revision control logs.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
