Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Power Distribution Management: Create and manage the electrical network of the plant, which includes capacitor banks for power factor correction, transformers, switchgear, and MDBs.
Electrical System Design: Produce and revise wire diagrams, load estimates, and electrical schematics for the installation of new equipment or facility improvements.
Automation & Motor Control: To guarantee accurate machine performance, choose, set up, and troubleshoot motor control centers, soft starters, and variable frequency drives.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Take the lead in electrical maintenance, using vibration analysis and thermal imaging to identify overheating parts or motor bearing issues.
PLC & HMI Integration: Work together with
automation teams to ensure proper I/O signal processing and interface electrical devices with PLCs.
Energy Management: Examine trends in energy use and carry out "Green Manufacturing" projects, like upgrading high-efficiency motors and retrofitting LEDs.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
