Jr Equipment Engineer Plant Machinery Support
Job Description
Problem:
Our production equipment's dependability and efficiency are critical in high-volume manufacturing. Unexpected machine failures, ongoing performance problems, or inefficient use of equipment can result in expensive downtime, missed production goals, more waste, and serious financial consequences. We run the risk of operational bottlenecks, rising maintenance costs, and an inability to adjust to changing production demands if we lack specialised engineering expertise focused on the life-cycle management
of our machinery.
Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Equipment Engineer to be the strategic backbone of our production line's machinery. Your core responsibilities will include:
Performance Optimization
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
Maintenance Strategy
New Equipment Integration
Process Improvement
Technical Documentation
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
