Junior maintenance engineers that are technically proficient, keen to understand complex systems, and prepared to switch from reactive repairs to data-driven proactive methods are needed in the future. Our goal is to develop a staff that is proficient in state-of-the-art maintenance methods and guarantees top-notch asset dependability.
What you will do:
helping senior engineers identify, diagnose, and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
issues with a range of manufacturing machinery.
completing checklists correctly, recording maintenance activities in the CMMS, and carrying out the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule for assigned equipment.
Under the supervision of senior staff, learn and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies to recurring minor failures.
assisting with the commissioning and calibration of equipment and making sure that both new and maintained assets satisfy operational requirements.
Making sure that all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations are strictly followed, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols when performing maintenance
