Jr Engineer Maintenance Role with Options for Advancement
Job Description
Impact:
Highly automated, high-cavitation injection moulding methods that require constant, optimal performance will determine the future of plastic component manufacturing. In order to maximise machine uptime and operational reliability, we are developing a sophisticated production environment where predictive and preventative maintenance procedures, backed by thorough data analysis, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the execution of scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) duties on your own, carefully filling up checklists and doing regular checks on injection moulding machines (hydraulic, mechanical,
and electrical systems) and related equipment (such as robotics, dryers, and chillers). You will help senior engineers diagnose and fix complicated issues with mould systems, hydraulic circuits, and PLCs. The accuracy of our asset history and reliability metrics will be directly impacted by the fact that you will be the only owner of certain equipment maintenance logs and documents. Reducing unplanned downtime will be directly and noticeably impacted by your careful adherence to safety regulations and your proactive learning mindset.
