Job Description
Who you are:
Follow the preventative maintenance calendar when doing planned maintenance chores like lubrication, filter changes, and belt adjustments.
Help senior engineers diagnose and fix shop floor mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues to promptly resume production.
To find possible problems such as strange vibrations or leaks before they result in a failure, do daily "TPM" checks and machine health monitoring.
Maintain the tool crib and critical spare inventory; help locate and order parts needed for repairs.
Keep an eye on and maintain the plant's utilities, such as the DG sets, cooling towers, and air compressors.
Maintain a tidy, well-organized
maintenance workshop and make sure all maintenance tasks are carried out safely utilizing LOTO protocols.
Keep track of all maintenance tasks, machine downtime, and spare part usage in the CMMS or logbooks.
