Job Description:
Planning, leading, and organizing the fabrication and assembly of products are the responsibilities of the Production Engineer, a technical leader on the manufacturing floor. Making sure that production goals are fulfilled on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards is your main responsibility. You are the operational "hub" that coordinates labor, equipment, and supplies to increase productivity and reduce waste. The ideal applicant
is a methodical problem-solver who can use Lean and Six Sigma techniques to drive continuous improvement while navigating the challenges of high-volume manufacturing.
Key Skills:
Manufacturing Knowledge: A thorough comprehension of particular procedures.
Leadership: Demonstrated capacity to oversee sizable groups of skilled and semi-skilled workers.
Technical Software: Knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP or Oracle).
Problem Solving: Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques.
