Job Description
Duties:
Design and Maintenance of the System: You will create and oversee the full Document Control System, making sure that Work Instructions, SOPs, and Forms are all completely up-to-date and easily available.
Lead cross-functional "health checks" of our departments in internal auditing to find process flaws before they become non-conformities.
CAPA Management: In the event of a system failure, you will spearhead the Corrective and Preventive Action procedure, making sure that the "Root Cause" is addressed and long-term fixes are implemented throughout the facility.
Certification Leadership: During surveillance and recertification audits, you will serve as the main liaison between external registrars and customer auditors, demonstrating our complete compliance.
/>Continuous Improvement: You will evaluate KPIs and Quality Objectives, converting information into "Action Plans" that propel the PDCA cycle throughout the injection molding factory floor.
Focus Skills:
Certification Expertise: Excellent understanding of ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 (Automotive) standards.
Proficient in auditing: Certified Internal Auditor with expertise in performing "System Audits" and "Process Audits."
Knowledge of Core Tools: Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, and PPAP in relation to QMS documentation.
The capacity to translate intricate technical production processes into understandable, straightforward, and efficient written procedures.
